Boba is too hard and not “taste”y at all

My favorite Boba place I have ever been to. The customer service was fantastic, they educated me about all of their options and let me try varying sweetness levels. It's a chill place to do homework or read. I appreciated the pop/rap music selection.

Terrible customer service. I don't care how good your tea is - if you don't care about your customers and their needs, then don't work there. The girl at the register around 3:05 today (August 26) is a perfect example of how company loses money because of bad employees. I ended up not ordering anything. Fortunately, there are more and more milk tea shops.

Their honeydew smoothie was good. There's a lot of different flavors to choose from.

Workers are so sweet 😇 , always made sure I was happy and offered for me to try the sweetness level because I was not sure. I have got the Wintermelon milk tea latte regular sweetness and it was Perfect ^_^ Thank you Taste Tea and Staff 😊❤ I will be back ~

worst tasteing milk tea ive tryed so far. either i got a bad drink maker or just bad ingredients. the boba pearls was soggy and tatse like paper, no flavor. even the tea itself was bad tasting. lose money.

They make great milk tea with Boba. My son likes their winter special drink. Prices are reasonable as it shows on how busy they can get.

Delicious boba that satisfied my craving at a good price

For the quick Milk Tea fix can't go wrong with Taste Tea. One added value is their option to have your own level of sweetness to the tea. So, because they let you sample the sweet level first, and if you're sugar intake conscious, start at a low level first, then go higher if you want it sweeter.And usually unless I'm really blown away I don't usually give a five rating... but Taste Teas teas are very good. And if you visit their truck and you want the larger tapioca then I suggest to go early as they do run out. And you'll end up with the smaller tapioca.

Very good but not to much people know about it being there

They have a variety of drink options with adjustable sweetness. They let you sample the drink before they make it too. Some snack/dessert type food is also available. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba; it was yummy. There's a small parking lot to the side.

Best milk tea in the 808 taste is clean and high quality. All their drinks show the R&D that went into perfecting them. Matcha latte is also the bomb.

I really enjoy the blended lychee spring tea, half sweet with large boba. It quenches the thirst, satisfies the sweet tooth and yet because it's tea, you don't feel guilty at all. I only wish they had a slightly bigger cup than the medium and large cups that are available.

A very popular milk tea spot in the Honolulu area. It can be very crowded at night and on the weekends as groups tend to hang out for some time. Parking is always an issue unless it's empty inside. As you can see from the menu photo there are plenty of options to choose from. This is my favorite place to get milk tea.

Contacted them with issue just put me on seen and didnt even apologize. Bought a drink that i didnt even drink since i live 10 minutes away. Cup had a hard white stuff stuck inside of my drink. Waste money

I was going to kill myself until I got some Taste Tea in my life. That magic bofa turned it all around

the tea is 5 stars but the employees there don't know what customer service is. I've been there at least 6-7 times and every time the person taking my order doesn't say a word, doesn't ask if I want a receipt and 0 interaction other than asking the sweetness of my drink. It's never the same employee either. This place could be so much better if the employees just acknowledged the customers presence.

I come to do homework or just hang out, sometines just for a super good drink made by super cool people and this place really does it all. That other milk tea franchise that won't be named ain't got nothing on taste tea.

Great assortment of blended, milk, and regular tea. Favorite topping is aloe jelly! Would definitely reccomend the blended fruity pebble if you have a sweet tooth.

I've been coming to Taste Tea for quite some time now. While the drinks are good, I feel that it is not as good as before. I can't pinpoint what the difference is. It just feels not as good as before. Anyway, it is still a good place to get a boba drink.

Lots of options and great milk tea. I like how you can choose your sweetness level and then taste it and make an adjustment if you want.

The best milk tea and natural tea cafe in Honolulu! Everyone there is super friendly, they work really hard and fast. It's so good the only downside is it's always busy and hard to find parking in the afternoon and evening, so the best time to get there is before noon.
